'Sixteen years after his first land grant at the age of fifty-nine, William was able to complete the purchase of more land on the 16th of July, 1874. William purchased Portions 51, 52, and 53, in the parish of Toolamanang comprising an area of 180 acres, and taking his total land holdings to 240 acres around the headwaters of Campbells Creek.'
